T-shirt Printing Video

This short video shows Son hand printing a white print onto black fabric. Firstly a discharge base is applied and flash cured. A second coat of white ink is applied to give an opaque white with a soft hand feel. The ink will resist cracking and is 100% colour fast after curing in the drier.

The panel being printed here will go to the sewing room where it will be assembled into a T-shirt. All our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton as the ink we use will not work on polyester cotton and it’s much more comfortable to wear.
